Late payments

Web hosting

Web hosting accounts are automatically suspended 14 days after an invoice is overdue. Additional services like SSL certificates are impacted immediately upon the renewal date if an invoice remains unpaid.

Domain names

Domain names are similar to SSL certificates in that they expire immediately after their due date. This can and will impact both your hosting and email services, so ensure invoices for domain names are paid promptly.

Domain names immediately expire after the invoice due date

Unable to make payment

If you're unable to pay by the due date, contact us. We'll do our best to ensure your services don't get suspended.
